About
Groundloom is an independent product for an AI company operating in stealth, presented as a confidential client engagement. This case study is intentionally limited to selected product UI; the company’s identity, internal data, and further project context remain undisclosed.
The platform’s core workflows, identity management, and reliability controls had been assembled at different moments, leaving the experience capable but difficult to understand. We shaped a coherent product system across activation, knowledge, agent configuration, evaluation, and observability—designing the foundation for an ongoing partnership as the platform, team, and risks continue to evolve.
The challenge

The product’s capabilities were expanding faster than the experience around them. New users lacked a clear path to first value, embedded account screens broke the product language, and reliability lived as an isolated setting instead of a decision carried through every workflow.
Teams could configure agents, but they could not easily understand why an answer was produced, when the system asked for clarification, or what had been blocked. The challenge was not simply to make the UI cleaner. It was to create a product model that could absorb increasing complexity without asking users to absorb it too.

Testing makes the answer, citations, confidence, and policy decision visible before publishing. Activity carries that same traceability into production, helping teams spot weak evidence, understand blocks, and improve what happens next. Native account and organization surfaces complete the system, replacing the fragmented embedded experience with one coherent product language.
