About
Kundo Studio began redesigning Scale's website in June 2023, across more than 10 pages focused on its products and solutions. basement.studio handled development. Scale provides data and evaluation services for AI developers, public agencies and large corporations, and introduced its Enterprise Generative AI Platform in May 2023. In May 2024 it raised a $1B Series F at a $13.8B valuation, led by Accel. In January 2026 Scale said 2025 was its strongest year, with over $1B in new business.
The challenge
In 2023 Scale was expanding its products, including the Enterprise Generative AI Platform it introduced in May. Its website needed a clearer structure to explain those products and solutions, and room to grow with the platform.
The solution
We redesigned every page around clarity and structure, with updates to layout, typography and visual hierarchy, and designed a modular system so the site can grow with the platform. The work covered the Generative AI Platform, the solutions pages, security and an automotive page.
